The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a legal framework that sets guidelines for the collection, storage, and processing of personal information from individuals who live in the European Union (EU). Reach Supreme has designed its processes to be compliant by this and other legal frameworks. GDPR is complex, but there are 3 main points to take into account when assessing compliance. Please complete our legitimate interest assessment to explore whether your campaign will be internationally compliant.

1. Just like B2B cold calling, B2B* cold emailing is justified under GDPR as long as a sender has a “legitimate interest” to contact a person. This legitimate interest is justified if:
a. The sender only contacts specific people for a specific reason.
b. The reason for communication contains potential benefit for the person & company which is being contacted.
c. Reach Supreme only uses business email addresses, which ensures the communication is of B2B nature.
2. Reach Supreme achieves “legitimate interest” by working with its customers to. 
a. Select a relevant target group for the outreach.
b. Craft a message which is relevant specifically for the target group we're getting in touch with. 
c. We also give prospects a chance to unsubscribe from further communication, should they find it irrelevant.
3. For building contact lists, Reach Supreme uses only publicly available data and insights. If clients of Reach Supreme want us to use their own data — we first need to ensure this data is obtained in the right way and have relevant agreements in place.

If Reach Supreme determines that your planned B2B prospecting activity does not meet the criteria for “legitimate Interests” within the scope of GDPR or if your approach would breach some other part of the regulations, then we cannot support the activity within any regions subject to GDPR.

* Regulations for B2C communications are much more strict and forbid any contact with an individual unless this individual has given consent for being contacted by the business entity.
